CUSTOM REPORTS

Custom reports are monthly reports that can be viewed up to six months ago. A subscriber has the ability to create an unlimited number of custom reports which can be saved, updated and emailed automatically.

Eight Different Customizable Report Platforms (Click on the report name to see an example)

- Top 100 Dealers:

Top 100 ranking of dealers by units sold or total sales volume by dollars

- Dealer Market Summary:

Ranking of the top 20 or 20 selected dealers and their market share

- Make Market Summary:

Ranking of the top 20 or 20 selected makes and their market share

- Titles by Geography:

Bar graph of area totals (district, county, zip code) compared to each other

- Pump In / Pump Out:

Summary of pump in and pump out statistics

- Lienholder:

Top 20 or selected 20 leinholders by number of contracts or sales dollars

- By County By Make:

Totals of top makes sold in each of the 44 counties (includes three different totals)

STATIC DEALER DISTRICT & LEADING TRENDS REPORTS

The Dealer District reports are available in excel and pdf formats. They have limited

customizable features but have detailed information about what each dealer has sold during

a particular month. These reports can also be set up for automatic emails once a

subscriber is in the program. (click here to view an example)

The Leading Trend Reports is a comprehensive overview of a district including top dealers,

makes, models and so on.

Comprehensive Title Search Engine

The title search has the ability to find individual or thousands of records in seconds. This

title search can be used to run very specific searches. You can narrow your search by 18

different platform choices and sort your results by up to three different tiers if desired. Once

your search is completed you can download your findings in a pdf format or in excel format.

Manage Dealers

There is a feature in the program called 'Manage Dealers'. This feature allows the

subscriber to make a number of dealerships show as ONE unit in their reports. A dealer

group can be created by clicking on the 'Manage Dealers' tab on the top tool bar. Then

select the desired dealers you want to show as one collective unit and save your group with

your preferred group name. When you create your custom reports, you can click 'Select a

list of desired dealers' under the dealer options section. Your group will show up first in the

list of desired dealers and here is where you will click your group name so that it will be

included in your report.

Secure Profiles & Automatically Emailed Report Capabilities

Each subscriber has their own specific profile in which they can updated at anytime. Each

subscribers profile also allows them to save an unlimited number of custom reports. The

custom reports that a subscriber saves can be set up to be automatically emailed to them

weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or whenever is most appropriate. Up to three emails per report

can be added. Emailed reports are sent in pdf format making them easy to read, print and

save.

Subscribers have access to unlimited phone and email support for questions, training and
