To become a regular subscriber of the Idaho Vehicle Report Service Program is easy! Just fill out the application required - see link below. Your applicaiton will be reviewed and within 24 hours you will be notified if you can be a subscriber of this program. At the time of notification that you are eligible to be a subscriber, you will then be sent an Agreement Contract, once the Agreement Contract is signed and sent back to the association you will be notified with a username and password for access to the program.
